At Birchwood, our Product Advisors connect with customers not only in person but also through personalized video introductions and vehicle walkarounds. To help us get to know you better—and to give you a sense of how we connect with customers—we ask that you submit a short video introduction (1–2 minutes)

In your video, please include:

A quick introduction: your name, background, and a little about yourself.

Why you’re interested in becoming a Product Advisor at Birchwood.

The qualities, skills, or experiences you bring that will help you succeed (e.g., customer service, sales, communication, teamwork).

We appreciate the time you’ve invested in this process and look forward to learning more about you.
